Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu is a comprehensive Shaolin Kung Fu system that encompasses both healing and martial art aspects. Choy Lee Fut is possibly one of the most widely practiced Kung Fu styles outside of China. It is well-known for its speed and power, as well as its circular body movements and flexible footwork. It combines the powerful hand techniques of Southern styles with the versatile kicks of Northern systems. It emphasizes the intelligent use of force and the integration of external energy with internal strength. The Choy Lee Fut Kung Fu system is based on the martial arts of the Shaolin Temple.
Sanda (散打) or Sanshou (散手), literally «free combat,» is the sport and competitive version of kung fu, in its sporting or Wushu form. It consists of striking techniques (both punches and kicks) and throws (derived from traditional Chinese wrestling Shuai Jiao and the Qin-Na lever system).

The origin of Qigong dates back to ancient China, around 2,500 BC. More than a thousand years later, Qigong was recognized as one of the major methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It became very popular among the general public as a form of exercise for maintaining health.
Today, apart from its therapeutic and health benefits, it is used to help martial artists and athletes improve their performance.
